• Full medical history and lifestyle evaluation

• Baseline diagnostic panels, including inflammation markers, hormonal profiles, and key biomarkers relevant to regenerative therapy

• Optional genetic and epigenetic testing to assess longevity risk factors, immune markers, and responsiveness to specific peptide or stem cell interventions

• Physician review to determine clinical eligibility and treatment prioritisation

This process enables our clinical team to design highly tailored protocols that align with each patient’s biology and long-term goals.

2. Consent, Education & Pre-Treatment Support
In alignment with EU clinical standards, Celexir ensures all patients are informed and empowered prior to treatment. Our onboarding materials include:

• Comprehensive informed consent documentation outlining treatment purpose, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment protocols

• Pre-treatment preparation guides (PDF and print-ready) covering sample collection, dietary guidance, and injection instructions

• Mobile app (in development) offering:

  • Step-by-step onboarding progress tracking

  • Video tutorials for at-home saliva or blood sample collection

  • Secure delivery of lab results, dosage reminders, and real-time support

This digital-first approach ensures clarity, compliance, and confidence—especially for patients undergoing complex or multi-phase protocols.

3. Logistics & Clinical Access
Celexir simplifies the onboarding process with a robust, patient-friendly logistics framework:

• Sample Collection Kits: Pre-packaged blood, saliva, or microbiome collection kits sent directly to the patient, including sterile materials and prepaid return shipping

• Data & Lab Handling: Samples are processed by ISO-certified labs with encrypted, physician-only result delivery

• Treatment Options:

  • In-clinic: Patients may receive therapy at our licensed international treatment centers (EU-based)

  • Remote delivery: For eligible protocols, treatment can be administered through certified local partners or under physician supervision using our pre-filled, cold-chain peptide pens
